The FAQ

Do you Travel?

I typically try and stay within Bell and Williamson Counties, but I can travel for specific events and occasions. Additional travel fees may apply.

How long have you been doing this?

What started out as a hobby became a passion for me. I have had a camera in my hands for over 2 decades.

How many photos will I receive?

Each session is unique, so I don't set a specific number of total images in your gallery- but you can expect plenty of beautiful, high quality photos to choose from. If you'd like more, you can purchase additional images or even the full gallery directly from your private online gallery.

Can I tell you what style photo editing I want?

My editing style is specific to what I offer and part of my artistry, so I don’t alter it upon request. However, you can trust that my editing process is intentional and thoughtful with you in mind.

Do you retouch photos?

I don’t deliver RAW or unedited images. Each photo you receive is hand-edited to reflect the style and quality you see in my portfolio. Editing is a key part of the creative process and helps bring out the best in every image.

Whats your turn around time?

Gallery delivery typically takes about 2–3 weeks after your session. During busier times (like fall), it may take up to 3–4 weeks, but I’ll always keep you in the loop!

How do we book you?

Give me a shout! You can call me, email me, or book through my website. I'd be thrilled to schedule a session with you.

How do I receive my photos?

You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download your high-resolution images and share them with family and friends. You’ll also have the option to order prints directly through your gallery from a professional print lab I trust and use regularly.

Can I print the photos anywhere?

You can, but I highly recommend avoiding big-box stores like Walgreens, Walmart, or Costco. Those places tend to reduce the quality and clarity of your photos. For the best color, detail, and longevity, I always suggest using a high-quality photo lab—and I offer that service directly through your gallery for convenience and peace of mind.

What should we wear?

Once you book your session, I’ll send over a link to my blog post with tips on what to wear for photos, including seasonal trends and ideas for families, seniors, and couples. I’m also happy to help you personally if you’re unsure!

You’ll also receive a short questionnaire before your session so I can get to know your style, preferences, and what you’re hoping to capture. It helps us both go into the shoot with a clear plan and shared vision.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens—I get it! You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your retainer will be applied to a new date within a reasonable time frame. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited retainer.
